Maddie Adams Sunday 10/11/26 at 1pm

I’m Mads!

I’m a “healer”, essentially I create safe spaces for you to come back to yourself. I do this through touch(massage), movement(yoga), sound (crystal bowls) or just actively listening.

I love helping people embrace their inner child and enjoy life again. Even if it is just for an hour!

When im not helping others I’m spending most of my time with my dogs and friends enjoying life and being in the present moment-making sure to incorporate yoga in my daily life as well(not just on the mat).

This 60 min class will be an opportunity for you to implement your ability to trust, not just in yourself but in not knowing what to expect!

Join me for some movement, nervous system regulation and maybe you will learn a new “trick” or two to show your friends!

Arrive with zero expectations and simply as you are!

All levels welcome!

Kelli Clendenny  Saturday 10/24/2026 at 1PM

This class will be led by Kelli Clendenny, who is currently completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at River Bend Yoga. Through her own practice and teacher training journey, Kelli has discovered that yoga is so much more than movement. It has become a space for growth, connection, self-discovery, and learning to meet yourself exactly where you are.

ROOT TO RISE

Root, Release & Rise is an all-levels flow inspired by the changing season and the nearly full autumn moon. Just as the trees begin to release what they no longer need, this practice invites you to slow down, ground yourself, and create space for whatever comes next.

We will move through a mindful flow centered around rooting into the present, building warmth and strength, opening and expanding, and finally releasing into rest. Through breath, intentional movement, balance, and stillness, we'll explore the reminder that letting go doesn't always mean losing something—it can also mean making room to grow.

Come as you are, and leave a little lighter.

All levels are welcome.
