Kids Yoga Halloween Edition
Just for kids! Students will move through breath and movement practices to promote physical and mental health. Stories, yoga games, and visualization techniques will motivate, inspire, and maybe invoke a laugh or two.
Class is recommended for kids aged 5-13.
