River Bend Yoga

Shea Radcliff

Shea has been practicing yoga since 2014, and has been teaching since 2020 after receiving completing her yoga teacher training with River Bend Yoga. Having been an athlete her whole life, working out always felt like a punishment, but once she found yoga, it changed her life and perspective on movement in general. The way the physical yoga opens the door to more closely look at the mind and spirit is the reason she keeps coming back to her mat day after day. Her passion for teaching came from wanting to share with others the transformative power of yoga. Forever a student, she just completed her 300 hour training with the esteemed Jason Crandell making her a 500 hour certified yoga teacher. ARM BALANCES! She LOVES to be on her hands! Shea loves to teach all skill levels and experience with a passion for both beginners and advanced practitioners as well as one on one private classes with students wanting to dive deeper into their own practice. Shea teaches beginner yoga, power flow, and vinyasa flow with an emphasis on breath. technique, and alignment.
