Class Description:  Come along on a journey where we pair movement and intentional breathing as we ground & center ourselves. We will flow into a medium-paced practice, with a goal of opening our heart and balancing our mind/body. Props and modifications will be available for practiced yogis as well as those who are just starting out.

August 29, 2026 Amy Chartrand 1pm

Amy is a wife, mother of three (including a very spunky Aussie) and is a lover of conservation and preserving nature. Amy is currently working to complete her 200 hour YTT with River Bend Yoga and is honored to bring knowledge from her 10+ years of personal practice to community teaching.

Class Description:  This nature inspired vinyasa will encourage you to find your balance as you embrace your inner strength, celebrate personal growth and remain open to the highs and lows of the ever-changing seasons. Although all levels are welcome, this class would be great for beginners looking for a challenge to deepen their practice.

August 30, 2026  Andrea Emmons 1pm

Andrea discovered yoga while looking for a new challenge and quickly found much more than a workout. Drawn to aerial yoga first, she developed a passion for movement, strength, and mindfulness that inspired her to pursue her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Outside the studio, Andrea is a process engineer, mom/grandma, and adventure enthusiast who believes growth happens when we step outside our comfort zone. Her classes focus on creating a welcoming space where students can build strength, improve balance, and leave feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves.

Class Description:  Finding Your Strong Center is a 60-minute all-levels flow designed to build strength, balance, and confidence from the inside out. Through mindful movement, standing strength sequences, balance postures, and a playful Dancer Pose peak, you’ll explore what it means to stay grounded even when life feels unsteady. Whether you wobble or soar, this class is an invitation to connect with your breath, trust your body, and discover that true strength comes from finding your center.
