Class description:
Mindful Movement & Connection
This gentle yoga class invites you to slow down, connect with your breath, and return to your
body. Through mindful movement, intentional breathing, and moments of stillness, we’ll create
space to release tension, quiet the mind, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, you’re invited to move at your own
pace and listen to what your body needs. Come as you are, leave with a little more space to
simply be.

Jada Payne -  September 27, 2026 at 3pm

Jada discovered her passion for yoga in 2020, when her senior year was unexpectedly cut short. During that time of transition, she explored many of her creative passions, including modeling, dance, and photography. As a multitalented creative, choosing which path to pursue was not always easy—but each experience helped shape the person she was becoming.
Jada’s divine path ultimately led her to River Bend Yoga, where she began expanding her knowledge, deepening her practice, and embracing yoga as more than movement—it became a journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and connection.
