Aerial Slings Level 2/3 is designed for students with previous slings experience who are ready to refine foundational skills and explore progressive movements and sequences. We begin with a full-body warm-up utilizing the sling as both a prop and apparatus to build strength, mobility, body awareness, and breath connection. Class includes standard skill practice along with progressive skills and transitions appropriate for intermediate and advanced students.
As with any movement class, participants are expected to know their personal limits and make safe choices, practicing only skills they feel comfortable and experienced enough to try. Students are welcome to capture photos/videos of their skills during class if desired.
We conclude in the hammock or on the mat with a moment of rest and reflection, appreciating our commitment to ourselves, our community, and the practice of movement.
