This workshop is an invitation to pause, process, and release what you’ve been carrying—emotionally, mentally, and energetically. We often move through life holding onto stress, unspoken feelings, and past experiences without giving ourselves space to fully process them. Over time, that weight builds. This session creates intentional space to gently explore and release those layers through guided reflection, somatic practices, breathwork, and grounding integration. You don’t need to have the “right words” or know exactly what you’re feeling—just a willingness to show up as you are.
