This is a beginner-level class that helps combine targeted poses and mindfulness to strengthen, relax, and coordinate the pelvic floor muscles. This class will encourage body awareness to better understand how to contract and relax the pelvic floor. 

Benefits from this class improve menstrual pain, postpartum and menopause support, posture, and core stability.
