All-Levels Vinyasa | Some Experience Recommended
Close the week with intention and begin your weekend feeling grounded and renewed. Friday Night Flow is a calming vinyasa class that links breath with movement to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and create space—physically and mentally.
This all-levels class is best suited for those with some prior yoga experience. Modifications will be offered, but a basic familiarity with common poses will support a more easeful and confident practice.
