Current Yoga Teacher Trainees will be offering classes for the community. These classes are donation-based, so attend as our guest, or give what you are able. All donations will go toward our building fund.


July 19th - Dave Nyman - Get ready to sweat and dig deep into your inner and outer strength! Power yoga combines cardio and strength training with yoga asanas and breath work for an all-around workout! Amp up your yoga playtime with this fast-paced class! Some experience recommended. 

August 9th - Ash Carhuff - Gentle Yoga is slower paced flow class where postures are held for several breaths, allowing for time to explore the poses and cultivate strength, flexibility and balance.
Because we move at a slower pace, the class is a great choice for someone who is ready to start or get back into a regular yoga practice.   End the hour feeling calm, refreshed and rejuvenated.
