Your overall health and well-being can be improved from the comfort of a chair. Don't get too comfortable though, as you will bend, stretch, tone, breathe, and more. Chair Yoga practitioners can experience all of the wonderful benefits of yoga: increased flexibility and fitness, improved balance and strength, and a relaxed body and mind. This chair yoga class is designed for novice and seasoned yogis alike, with or without health challenges. Students will be offered pose variations, modifications, and tools based on health, mobility, and ability.
