You can expect a moderately hard warm-up, detailed instructions to intermediate poses to help you set your goals. This is an amazing class that will leave you hungry for more Aerial Fun.

To exit Level 2 and move to Level 3: We recommend being able to do a Leg Wrap, Cross Back Straddle, and have an understanding of Georgia Twist.
