Join us for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that combines the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the soothing sounds of a sound bath. This class is designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance to your body and spirit. 
*Yin Yoga:* In the first part of the class, we will guide you through a series of Yin Yoga postures. These poses are held for extended periods, allowing for deep stretching and release in the connective tissues. Yin Yoga helps improve flexibility, joint mobility, and energy flow while cultivating a sense of inner calm and mindfulness. 
*Sound Bath:* Following the Yin Yoga session, you will be invited to lie down and relax as you are immersed in the therapeutic sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. The vibrations and frequencies produced during the sound bath can help reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and promote a profound state of relaxation and well-being. This combination of Yin Yoga and Sound Bath creates a harmonious blend of movement, stillness, and sound, making it an ideal practice for anyone looking to unwind, restore, and connect with their inner self. *All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any props you might need for comfort.*
