Take a deep dive into all the compartments of the hips to really understand how to create functional and happy hips! As modern humans, we tend to hold a lot of literal and figurative baggage in our pelvic region, and in yoga, our goal is to always bring balance to the system. This workshop focuses on that very idea in the hips: learning how to methodically and skillfully strengthen and stretch the entire circumference of that region. We will work with basic anatomy to help feel what’s going on and round out our yoga practice in a more technical way than a normal flow class allows for. For those of you who enjoy focusing on the hips, you’re really going to love this one! See you there!
