Current Yoga Teacher Trainees will be offering classes for the community. These classes are donation-based, so attend as our guest, or give what you are able. All donations will go toward our building fund.


October 11th - Bayli Ironwing 
 

A slow, soothing Yin practice to release tension, open the body, and embody the energy of autumn. Yin yoga works deep into the connective tissues by holding poses for 2-7 mins on each side. Yin promotes balance through the nervous system, allowing for a sense of peace and relaxation.
