Current Yoga Teacher Trainees will be offering classes for the community. These classes are donation-based, so attend as our guest, or give what you are able. All donations will go toward our building fund.

September 21st - Nancy Gaither 

Slow Hatha Flow: Hip Release and Breathwork  - This is a mixed levels class that blends gentle qigong movements, Hatha yoga, and pranayama (breath awareness and control) with the goal of releasing tension in the hips and lower back and slowing the mind through breathwork. Moving slower than a typical Vinyasa flow class, this slow flow provides space to focus on alignment, explore subtle modifications that best suit your body, and breathe with awareness to help calm the nervous system. Some yoga experience recommended.
