Mommy (or Daddy) and Me Halloween Edition

Yoga, kids, parents, movement, laughs, connections, snacks, and refreshments! What could be better? In this unique 90-minute class, we will ground, center, and become familiar with some shapes and fun postures. Dress comfortably or in your fun costumes and be prepared to move and laugh as you connect with yourself and your family member.  All ages and levels are welcome.
