Get ready to SWEAT. Hot Buti introduces heat (85-90 degrees) and removes plyometric and cardio to the dynamic asana practice. Buti focuses on burning out the muscles in each asana while placing emphasis on deep abdominal engagement, muscle toning balancing postures, and dynamic movement. This class is a great option for beginners as it is slower paced and less impact than Buti. Make sure to come hydrated!
