Be prepared to sweat! Class begins with a dynamic pace instantly heating you to the core. Cleansing the body of toxins and negative energy, while building muscle strength and endurance. The 100 degree heated environment allows your body to move deeper into stretches. Remember to practice at your own pace, take a rest or drink when needed.
