We’ll start with breathwork as we focus and ground, and then we'll move through a flow of yoga postures to increase the heart rate and get the body moving before we bring it back down, to end with a quiet and rewarding Savasana. The perfect start to your day. Some prior vinyasa experience may be helpful but not required. All levels welcome.
