Whether you want to experience the slings before signing up for another class, are a class regular looking for extra practice time, are looking for a creative way to spend a Friday night, or just want a cool post for your socials, Aerial Playtime is for you!
Come hang out! No instruction will be offered, but an instructor will be present for basic questions. This is an open style session, so students can come late or leave early, as desired.
Aerial Basics:
· Recommended attire: athletic clothing such as leggings and tank top or t-shirt
· No sharp/pointed nails, jewelry, zippers or other accessories that could poke holes in fabric
· Most students practice barefoot. Socks are optional, but shoes are not allowed on the silks.
