This beginner-level hot yoga class will introduce you to the joys and benefits of hot yoga. With the room temp set at about 90 degrees, you may experience increased flexibility, balance, and deeper stretching into poses. Other benefits you may experience from practicing hot yoga include enhanced focus and mental clarity, reduced stress and anxiety, and a feeling of detoxification from negative energy and toxins. The beginner-level combination of physical exertion, mental focus, and heat makes hot yoga a powerful practice for both the body and mind.
