Yoga for Beginners' class is designed for those who have little to no previous exposure to yoga. If you’re eager to learn and want to experience the benefits of yoga, this class is for you! The beginner student needs slow-paced direction and a great level of detail, so they can become familiar with basic yoga poses and use of the breath.
