Gentle Yoga is slower paced flow class where postures are held for several breaths, allowing for time to explore the poses and cultivate strength, flexibility and balance.
Because we move at a slower pace, the class is a great choice for someone who is ready to start or get back into a regular yoga practice.   End the hour feeling calm, refreshed and rejuvenated.
