Designed for experienced beginner students with some exposure to yoga, basic poses and alignment. Level 2 will build on fundamental poses, introduce more challenging poses, and incorporate new techniques. As always, modifications will be offered.

Students are encouraged to listen to their body, have fun, and try to let go of judgement and perfection. It’s your practice!
