Yoga Sculpt fuses together strength training, cardio, and traditional yoga into one class.
This class is a total body workout designed to work all the muscle groups alongside the mindful aspects of yoga. Yoga sculpt incorporates hand weights and resistance bands to traditional yoga poses with the addition of cardio to burn more calories, build strength and endurance.
This is a music driven class for all levels. Let's get strong, have fun and feel good in our beautiful bodies!
