Aerial Restore and New Moon Stretch

In the first part of the class, we will use the aerial sling to aid in stretching and unwinding the body. Then as class progresses, we'll move into slower, longer-held restorative poses utilizing pranayama (breath work). No flips or acrobatics here! Just much-needed relaxation.

In the final section of the class, well flow into an extra-relaxed version of savasana. You may not even realize how much rest your body is craving until you stop moving. You choose; either lay on your back suspended in the fabric sling or choose to move to your mat on the floor underneath it. Regardless of your choice, you'll be guided through meditation, allowing you to fuse your subconscious and unconscious self... like an extended version of that amazing feeling in the morning when you first comprehend you're awake but then realize you have nowhere to be.
